BGS Steel Positioning Block Component

Steel Positioning Block Component is a common mechanical component used to achieve precise positioning and fixing between parts or components. It is usually made of wear-resistant, high-strength materials, such as metal or engineering plastics, to ensure its stability and durability. Steel Positioning Block Components are designed taking into account the shape and size of the part, as well as the required precision and stability. They usually have a specific geometric shape, such as cylindrical, square or other shapes, in order to cooperate with the corresponding part or assembly.

Female Interlock-Material:

D2 Steel Heat Treat: Core Hardened to 57-61 HRC

Surface Treatment: UN - Titanium Nitride Coated

Male Interlock-Material:

AISI H-13 Steel Heat Treat: 40-44 HRC

Surface Treatment: Melonite (SBN)
