1. Determine the specific size of the flange plate with a waist shaped hole based on the size of the selected motor.

2. It is necessary to lengthen and widen the size of the sliding seat plate according to the actual situation to ensure that there is sufficient flange installation space on the sliding seat plate.

3. It is recommended to control the meshing clearance between the gear and the gear ring between 0.1 and 0.2mm, and determine the center position of the gear, which is the position of the output shaft of the reduction motor; Based on this position, determine the installation hole position of the flange on the sliding seat plate.

4. The installation hole positions of the roller and guide rail lubrication blocks can refer to the standard sliding seat.
